Guarantee:

We take great measures through genetic testing, regular medical care, good food

and an enriched environment to create healthy Labrador Retrievers. These measures

are the best a responsible breeder can provide to assure the health of a puppy. The

buyer understands that these procedures offer the best possible foundation for a

puppy’s physical health, but they cannot constitute an absolute guarantee.

The dog is guaranteed by the Breeder for the period of one year, against genetic

physical defects that would render it unable to function as a pet. If it is claimed

that the dog is so unfit as not to be a viable pet, the Owner must furnish a written

statement from the examining Veterinarian specifying any and all physical defects found

by the examining Veterinarian. The Breeder will then refund one half of the purchase

price, provided a) AKC papers are returned to the Breeder, properly executed; b) written

proof from a Veterinarian is provided to the Breeder. In no case will the Breeder be

obligated under this contract for more than the purchase price.

All pups should be insured through Trupanion or other Pet Insurance of your

choice for at least their first year of life. Should this puppy need medical surgery for an

orthopedic issue, confirmed by a board-certified veterinarian within the first year of life,

the breeder will pay the insurance deductible for the price of surgery to correct the

issue.

Owner assumes all responsibility for this dog upon leaving the Breeder’s premises.

All guarantees are void in the presence of neglect or abuse. This agreement is binding

upon Owner, Breeder, and their heirs, and agents. The Agreement is made for the

mutual benefit and protection of the Owner and Breeder, the protection of the named

dog, and the preservation of the Labrador Retriever.

The purpose of our breeding program is to maintain and improve the versatile

qualities of the Labrador Retriever. Our reward for proper breeding is the ability to have

Asquam Labradors displayed in the show ring, obedience ring, agility ring, hunt tests

and above all, to be wonderful, loving pets. We are responsible for creating this life and

want to be sure that it’s provided for.

We entrust this puppy to you! Its future is in your hands. Congratulations and enjoy

your new Labrador Retriever!
